Dubai Taxi Company PJSC ("DTC" or the "Company") invites eligible candidates wishing to stand for election to the Board of Directors to submit their nomination applications for the upcoming Board term.
The nomination period will open on [Start Date] and close on [End Date] at 11:59 p.m. (UAE Time). Applications received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed under the UAE Commercial Companies Law, the SCA Governance Guide for Public Joint Stock Companies, the Company's Articles of Association and all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Application Methods
Candidates may submit their nomination through either of the following methods:
Option 1 – Downloadable Nomination Package
- Download the Board Nomination Form.
- Complete and sign the Board Nomination Form.
- Complete the Independence Declaration (Independent Candidates only).
- Attach all required supporting documents.
- Submit the completed application by email to:

Option 2 – Online Nomination
Complete the online nomination form below, upload all required supporting documents and submit your application electronically before the closing date of the nomination period.
Required Supporting Documents
Each nomination application must be accompanied by:
• Completed Board NominationForm.
• Curriculum Vitae outlining the candidate's qualifications, professional experience and the capacity in which the nomination is submitted (Executive, Non-Executive or Independent).
• Copy of Passport.
• Copy of Emirates ID (where applicable).
• Family Book (UAE Nationals,where applicable).
• Independence Declaration(Independent Candidates only).
• Corporate authorization letter (where the candidate is nominated by a corporate shareholder), where applicable.
• Any additional documents required under the UAE Commercial Companies Law, the SCA Governance Guide, the Company's Articles of Association or any other applicable laws and regulations.
Important Notice
Submission of a nomination application does not automatically qualify a candidate for election to the Board of Directors.
All nomination applications will be reviewed by the Company to verify compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Following completion of the nomination review process, the final list of eligible candidates will be disclosed and published inaccordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
Applications that are incomplete, submitted after the closing date, or not accompanied by all required supporting documents will not be considered.
