Description

DTC My Driver Service provides individuals or corporates with a fully trained and competent driver (without vehicle) to allow them to be driven around. The interested parties can use this service, for an agreed upon period (daily, weekly, or monthly), with the requirement that the customer has to provide a vehicle, with comprehensive insurance and fuel.

Eligibility

All individuals are eligible to benefit from this service.

Required Documents

  • Emirates ID copy or passport copy.
  • Copy of the car registration.
  • Copy of the insurance (fully insured).

Service Fees

  • Daily: 250 AED / 8 hours daily. Extra hours 40 AED per hour. (Add VAT 12.5 AED).
  • Weekly: 1000 AED / 8 hours daily / 5 working days. (Add VAT 50 AED).
  • Monthly: 3500 AED / 8 hours daily / 22 working daily / Saturday and Sunday not included. (Add VAT 175 AED).
  • In case requesting the service on Saturday or Sunday, there will be an extra charge of 250 AED for each day. Service payment in advance.
  • The driver will work on a straight shift of 8 hours.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer to DTC account.

Average Processing Time

The service is delivered within 2 or 3 working days after sending the contract and documents.

Average Delivery Time

As per the agreed in the contract.

  • The Customer service agent sends a detailed email to the customer about steps to avail the service along with contract to be signed and the documents required to avail the service.
  • The customer shares the signed contract with DTC along with requested documents.
  • The DTC processes the customer request within 2-3 working date

  • The customer contacts the DTC Call Centre and requests to avail my driver service.
  • The Customer service agent informs the customer about steps to avail the service and shares with customer the email with contract to be signed and the documents required to avail the service.
  • The customer shares the signed contract with DTC along with requested documents.
  • The DTC processes the customer request within 2-3 working days.

Validity

The service is valid till the validity of the contract.

Service Outcome

A dedicated trained driver for the time period agreed as per contract.

Offering professional DTC Drivers on daily, weekly, monthly basis to Individuals or Corporates in order to drive their personal vehicles provided they have a valid insurance and fuel.

How can I hire a driver?

Customer can apply by calling 80088088.

For how many hours can I hire a driver?

Maximum 8 hours per day.

How much do I have to pay for the driver?

Following is the rate list for my driver service:

  • Daily: 250 AED / 8 hours daily. Extra hours 40 AED per hour. (Add VAT 12.5 AED).
  • Weekly: 1000 AED / 8 hours daily / 5 working days. (Add VAT 50 AED).
  • Monthly: 3500 AED / 8 hours daily / 22 working daily / Saturday and Sunday not included. (Add VAT 175 AED).
  • In case requesting the service on Saturday or Sunday, there will be an extra charge of 250 AED for each day. Service payment in advance.
  • The driver will work on straight shift of 8 hours.

Can I split the 8 hours of hiring?

No. The 8 hours are to be carried out uninterrupted and cannot be split.
