Al Tayer endorses improvement projects of Dubai Taxi in 2021
‘London Taxi’ model is set for trial launch this February His Excellency Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, Director-General, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced that the Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) would launch the London Taxi version service using hybrid (electricity and fuel) cabs. The new taxi is characterized by a semi-curved shape and black color that mimic the iconic London Cab operating in the British capital.

Dubai Taxi teams with LinkedIn in remote training of human resources
RTA’s Dubai Taxi Corporation (DTC) has engaged in a remote employee-training model via the smart application ‘LinkedIn Learning’. 120 employees have benefited from the online training programmes in the platform, which has about 15,000 learning and training courses updated weekly and delivered by an array of industry experts. The step is part of the deliverables of the strong partnership between RTA and LinkedIn MENA.
