Complaints & Suggestions

Before making a Compliant, Lost Item or Suggestion, you have to register into RTA online system (here), by filling the required information.
After you have been successfully registered, you will receive the password either by SMS or email "depending on contact preference chosen in the registration".
Using your credentials "username & password", login (here) to the system.
From the system main menu, select the desired option:

  • Make a Complaint
  • Make a Suggestion
  • Report Lost Item
For "Make a Complaint" Or "Make a Suggestion", you should do the following steps:

  1. Choose "Getting Around"
  2. Choose "Taxi"
  3. A list of all taxi types will be displayed. choose the required type.
  4. Fill all the required information.
- For Lost Item, you should fill the needed information.
Once you have successfully logged your Complaint, Lost Item, or Suggestion, DTC will follow-up and resolve your request.
